New account has access issue

I successfully created an account and a list of 10 products. But when I copied my store name and searched for it on etsy, my store could not be found. I need help

Your shop is deindexed. Call/email/open ticket with support. Response time 1-2 weeks on average

It was flagged by the bot for who knows what. I have a couple accounts de-indexed, identical to other accounts which are not de-indexed.
