Stealth account - Will Etsy see the physical address of my EIN? It will be the problem to register new EIN with old physical address, but put a steal address in ETSY?
What else info Etsy requires to register with EIN?

When applying for EIN with the IRS, you use the LLC's name and address that you are using for LLC. Hopefully you have a virtual address like one at a UPS or iPostal1 store for your LLC, or you are using the LLC Registered Agent's address. Just for your information, ETSY can not see the address used to obtain the EIN from the IRS. But it is always a good practice to obtain a virtual address (as mentioned above) and all documents use the same address -- that way, just keep it simply. Hope this helps.

I am thinking on open Doing business as without LLC. The question is can I use virtual address for DBA or not?

Yes, you can. In fact, you want to use an address that has not been part of any account before.

And you do not want want to use your old social security number neither. I think if you are a person DBA a nick name, then your IRS identification number is your personal social security number. If you are a business DBA under a different name, then the IRS identification number is the original business EIN. I might be wrong, but that is what I read online form the IRS web pages. I know you did not ask about EIN for DBA, but though this might be helpful. That's why I use LLC's since the IRS will give new LLC's a new EIN.

I thought to open only DBA without LLC. And thought to get new EIN for DBA for ETSY, and be with my old SSN in IRS. But maybe to get LLC is a better idea

"iPostal1" is a service like UPS mail boxes, expect iPostal1 is located inside a Staples store (an office supply store) and is cheaper in my area (only $9.99 per month instead of $25 to $30 per month at our local UPS stores). Just google "iPostal1" to see if there is a store near you.
