Can or cannot open LLC for the stealth account and use it in Etsy? Will it work? Can I use LLC's EIN or DBA EIN for Etsy?

Will Etsy still ask about my SSN or LLC's EIN will be enough?

After 20k they ask for full #s, or EIN. People who were previously suspended before usually add their LLC's info.

i'm trying to open a new shop under a new LLC after i previously got suspended but now they are asking for owner info as well and need the last 4 of my social!! what should i do? is there a way around this?

You need already made stealth account into which you will input your company data.

i do not get what you mean, i have a new company created but there's a section where they want the shop owner's info that includes name, date of birth and last 4 of SSN
