IP question

I sell ingame items and even trought my listings has disclaimers that should protect the listing some a**hole from N*ntendo keep asking to delete my listings, i dont use any picture of N*ntendo items only a self made island map with some names on it for the buyer to find the items ingame not even a word in the description aswell! got 3 warnings now, first came after 1000 sales after 25 days being open in a total of 40 days, if I relist it last only max 3-4 days before it is taken down again, so I am making a new shop because now I am on the target list and I will survive for a while again that way I guess, my question is does each shop gets separated IP warnings or can they take down my other shop too if I get like a first warning on the new shop.

Each shop has separate warning count. But if they are related to you, once one of them goes down the other follows.
