Sale on abandoned ety account

Is this normal?
Created a pp only account listed about 5 items forgot about it and never paid listing fees. Yet I made a sale on the account today.
I thought the account would have been toast after not paying listing fees.

The funny thing is I had a balance for about 30c over 2 months. When I logged in there isnt a single active listing yet I made a sale.

Fee balance is less than 1.00 - could be contributing factor to not causing you big worry

Been going through all my created accounts. Another pp only account has a $5 balance, over 2 months old and I've never paid a single fee. All listings still active. I even ran ads a bit
