New shop suddenly suspended
 

Hi,

Because my 2nd active shop got a 75% reserve and got all my money locked for 45 days and the 3 listings were deleted cuz of IP I decided to make another shop all was going well got my first sale than a 2nd costumer made 3 purchases within 3 hours and now I cant login into this account, got no email to explain anything, now I am very worried as I have a decent amount locked in my other shop and a popular active shop will they also go down later on cuz my new one got suspended for no reason?

So far we are 5 hours later and my other shops are still up

If you follow stealth guide and practices other shops will not go down.

Money is disbursed after 180 days

Esty closes all stores in certain categories, usually after a few days regardless of sales or not. Find the link on their website and appeal. So far zero stores are reopened, but it's still worth trying.

Is it possible it's like a glitch and my other shops will stay open? I keep getting sales and they are still up, still no email recieved

If your other stores aren't breaking the rules (apart from being stealth) they'll probably stay open. The 45 day hold is new policy of their's for every shop under a few months (3?) old. I thought et si would release the money when tracking says delivered.

My shops are fine, I got IP warnings but I never passed the amount to get suspended I have no idea what caused it maybe cuz it was the 4th shop, they all have same legit info except they are opened with vcc cards

2hrs ago they ruined my other shop too with deleting my listings again (N*ntend*) that's also why I prepared a new shop, I dont know what to do now.. cuz I am scared to open up another now

I am out of business now, I always had to rebuild each 1-2 months opening a new shop but now I feel I am totally screwed..

Another question, does changing the shop name make the complaining party not finding the shop anymore?

I cant put tracking cuz I deliver ingame that's why its totally screwed for me and I need to wait the full 45 days till end of next month, shop had 500+ sales and 100+ 5 star reviews still screwing with there reserve ****

dont log in with same ip and user or they will be suspended too

I had at that time 3 browsers open with the 3 shops same ip, the 3 other shops are still online now only no more listings cuz the last 2 got deleted today, it's too late for that, but they seems fine we are 24hr later now already. I didnt try to login into the suspended shop anymore after it happend I just saw as a guest it was closed

The only thing we know about et si is that no one knows anything. They are tough right now.

Were you selling digital items? Sounds like in game codes.

That category is under extremely heavy scrutiny.

I dont sell digital items, I deliver ingame I do treasure islands, if you guys want an update my 3 other shops are still up, I wanna try open another one but I dont know if I should, I changed my shop names made new pictures and relisted now will see how long it takes before they request it to be taken down again 🤷*♂️

Also not sure how I will handle the VAT for EU cuz I dont ow any company and not gonna open one aswell, I never went up the max amount allowed to make without it in any of my shops

As in, NOT a physical, tangible, touchable item.

Yea it's not listed as digital trought, listings gone again took 2 days, my only way is another shop, but I think honestly with the VAT thing if they force it its game over for me on there

OP do you use payoneer accounts? For the docs is it completely made up or real? What country do you use?

I use VCC and my legit info for the rest, I am From Belgium
