Made new Etsy account after suspension
 

Hi there, i was suspended from Etsy for a very small mistake and they didn’t allow me to get Unsuspended. I successfully made a new one using completely new info.

I used my phone and laptop1 to log into my old suspended account. I have now used a new computer2 for my new account. My question is can I log into my new account from my phone and laptop1? Will they know who I am and connect the accounts together and suspend my new account?

It’s quite difficult not being able to access my new account from my phone and laptop1! Because Computer2 is just stationary at one place!

What could I do? Delete cookies and history?

In view of how difficult Etsy are and taking on board the fact that you have successfully created a new account I have to ask why you would contemplate doing such a foolish thing

If it is so important to you to use a phone and laptop go onto Ebay and buy an iphone 6 and a second hand laptop and your problems are solved

If your new account isn't worth £250 or so to you then do as you have outlined and accept any consequences should it go wrong

The phrase 'penny wise, pound foolish' comes to mind

Use different browsers for the accounts. There's Firefox, Opera, chrome and safari (if Mac). No need for more computers. Delete cookies in the browser if you want to repurpose it for another et si account. When you switch between accounts, change your IP, otherwise et si will see the link and ban the new one right away.
