I have roughly read into Etsy and the platform wanting the sellers to sell handmade items. Can wholesale art supplies or materials be sold on their platform without creating a ban?

Wholesale shouldn't be too much of an issue - but branded might get issue involved I figure

That is a bit legacy boilerplate from the original Etsy site.

If the business you purchase your items from is okay with you reselling them wholesale, then Etsy has no reason to object to them in your shop. Art supplies have always been welcome on Etsy and never needed to be handmade by the shop, or vintage.
