Hi, I started selling on ETSY 4 months ago, all is smooth, but today i tried to log in into my account and it says to contact customer support because they locked me out of my account for security reasons? Is this ever happened to some of you guys? Also I got an e-mail that some money that they tried to transfer to my bank account failed to arrive.. this never happened in 4 months of selling.
