Restoring account after dealing with DMCA complaints on etsy
 

Guys, i have a question and news about my suspended account!

I have a store that got banned due to these reasons. but it has been few years ago alrady. And also i sent the counter notice to the owners which of course never replied and many of my strikes has been removed from my account. I got however reply from one company representative, who watched the case and agreed that strike was by mistake and send e-mail to etsy to remove their complain from my account. However my account is of course stayed deactivated.
i couldnt deal with other strikes as they are trademark strikes. and there is no way i could contact them.

So, after i removed most of strikes from my account, is it possible to somehow message or call etsy and ask them to restore my account?

if yes, any ideas how can i do that? Should i contact a lawyer to make the message professional?

P.S.
I'm talking about my real account, not stealth one)

Yes, simply contact support and explain it to them or email them at integrity department

I would start with their integrity department (which you won't get far with due to poor communication). but if you legitimately have a cause for concern and a case (meaning no items related to Mickey Mouse, double C logos!) along with the money being a motivator as well then I would pursue with legal action by conversating with an attorney. keep in mind there have been sellers that clear 10k+ a month that were unable to reinstate their accounts for various reasons including myself

i dont have any complaints from micky mouse or double c logos (which is Co@K2o Chnl company i assume)
only complaints are from video game companies. that somehow decided that the artwork i was selling looks like their stuff.
with trademark issue i had probably used by mistake some of the name of game or anything similar.
But still i got rid of all of the DMCA complaints. only ones left are trademark ones which is two, if i remember correctly.

Gotta find someone who have clue in legal stuff in this field i guess.

Any other advices you can give me guys? cos i'm rly nervous right now =(
