Way to create a Etsy seller account

Hi Guys, After April 21 Etsy policy update, I can't create an Etsy seller account from my country. Do you know anyway so that I can open a seller account and keep selling on Etsy? I appreciate it if you can help me. Thanks.

Look at marketplace for authorized seller(s) - one option
