New Etsy account
Hi guys,
Hope someone on here can shed some light especially people based in the UK or have experience here. Trying to open a new account after suspension but seems impossible to pass the MP verification.
I did buy the ebay stealth guide which is full of useful info but can't really apply all to etsy. Managed payments is the only option here no PP, when registering you have to give bank details to get paid, and they do tell you the bank acc should be on the same name of the account holder, it even populated the name field of the bank acc.details with the name you have chosen for the etsy account.
The advice use your own details for b.details as they only see the numbers, not the name and address doesn't seem to apply here as the names have to match.
Seems like they verify u by the bank details not the CC and they ask for CC after. If anything is mismatched they are unable to verify u and asking for doc. Anyone knows how to get around that? Advice will be greatly appreciated! |
