Etsy new rules for stealth accs? Mass banning!
 

Hello friends. :yar: I think many have this problem, until recently everything was quiet.:coffee: However, since September I have been observing an increasingly sad situation.

Previously, with the correct "design" of the situation, survived about 4 out of 5 accounts

Now something has changed and many of us are in the @ss

Now when using a situation like this:

res.ip
good ID
new/clean bank
and real physic Card, but with another real name on card compared to Etsy info, also a different country of issue of the card in comparison with Etsy

in final -:ban?:, after registration or after one sale, but result will be the same - BAN :ballchain:

Who know if the problem is that account info and real card name/country are different ?

If card is based in China, that could be the main trigger.

Are you making US accounts?

Depends on what bank you are also submitting while registering.

VCCs don't work in most cases, but physical ones are fine, regardless of issuing country.

(f.ke ID with f.ked details, real ID or ID with real details?)

(virtual one or normal one?)

(this might be an issue and red flag)

also:

Did you create new user account on your laptop/PC?
Are your products ok? (no trademarked stuff, dropshipped stuff, Alibaba/Aliexpress stuff or something clearly against TOS)
Do you use same product or do you list still in same category?
Do you use same pictures?
Do you wipe ,,clean,, your pictures and stripe them off EXIF data?

I am just trying to find pattern what is taking down accounts :comp5:

but where to find that psychical cards? I did research and all are according BIN info prepaid which is no longer accepted. I have normal cards, but all are registered under my real name, so it can reveal my real identity - name and address very quickly (as I recall correctly, they are made charges to verify the card and also if not enough money are in payment acc. balance, card is charged).

Some people claim VCC from marketplace works and they are supposed to look like normal debit/credit card, not prepaid...I have not tested yet to be honest.

3. New and clean I think, but still Payo.
4. Yes, physic Card but with another name on car. d compared to Et.s info and another country of issue (yes, I also began to think that this is the problem :brick:)
5. No, only another user of browser, because I thought that was enough
6. products - all ok,nothing prohibited
7. differents products different categories
8. Different pictures
9. Clean Cleanest :)

To be honest, it looks more like a fairy tale
Many people say that vcc work, but no one can say exactly which ones really work, I tried a lot

1) as long as you keep fresh (new) IP, it should be fine
2) well.... it looks like ID with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details don't work nowadays, not tested yet, but a lot of people mentioning this in treads.
3) I am not familiar with Payon, I can't tell if it is problem or not
4) I see this as a huge flag....they are asking for debit/credit card for a reason. To verify identity (and I guess all needs to match with ID and account holder name, address and all details) otherwise ban, ban, bannana, that's my opinion. Card needs to pass AVS and also BIN check. Prepaid are no longer accepted from my experience, at least these which BIN's shows as prepaid. E.sy states in their TOS, that you can then add prepaid card to pay fees, but
your default one needs to be credit/debit card (VCC or physical)...so basically E.sy is telling you: hey mate, we couldn't care less where are your money coming from as long as you are paying fees, add whatever card you wish after, but we need credit/debit card for verification purposes
5) new user always, if account banned, remove user and create new one to keep cookies in place

the thing is there might be problem on different part like ID and details on ID...not on VCC, one never knows.

Well go to the marketplace in this forum and talk to the VCC sellers there.

If one of them says their VCC work, then it'll work

even vcc can be generated for free and etsy accepts it
+ no need for new user agents there are better ways !
if someone is doing stealth do your own research
if you can crack etsy for long term trust me ebay and others are way easy )

Based on what I am reading here on forum I came to conclusion that VCC and ID are things where people are usually failing.

So....possible problems

VCC

- doesn't work because doesn't pass AVS?
- doesn't work because shows as prepaid/gift?
- doesn't work because their BINs are banned?
- doesn't work because they are issued in different country than is billing etc.?

ID

- doesn't work because it is PS art with imaginary details and it doesn't pass software and/or database check?
- doesn't work because because it is PS art with real details of someone else and it doesn't pass software check?
- doesn't work because it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ made with imaginary details but it doesn't pass database check?
- doesn't work because it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ made with real details of someone else but it doesn't pass some unknown check?
