Will Etsy connect 2 accounts through IP address?
 

I have 1 account that sells questionable stuff.

I want to start a second account selling legit items that aren't bannable.

If I put the second account under my wifes name, with a different LLC and different bank account, but I log in from the same wifi as I use my other account, are they going to connect the accounts?

Basically, when my questionable account gets shutdown I don't want my legit account to also get shut down?

I guess I can use a VPN or something. I know everyone here promotes the IPBurger but that **** is like $80 a month so i'd really rather not. What are my choices?

Yes they will be connected and both will go down when one is suspended.
Common solution is to run one store through your phone. Never share wifi, ever.

so guys, if i am using one router, one wifi network and just reseting router to get new fresh IP, isn't it enough anymore and it can cause the link?

I thought IP is the most important, not the wifi network, also Stea.th guide didn't mention to create different wifi networks nor anything else beside reseting router for getting new IP.

Should I create then more wifi networks to access individual shops or what's the best practice?

Try this, use a different computer you never used etsy on before, change the IP.
Doesn't have to be a different network.

Thank you for your response, I am asking generally how to safely run mulriple stea.th acc., new computer per new account is unreal/not necessary in my opinion.

Reset router each time you switch accounts. Keep a log and make sure you never log in with same ip.
Big pain in the ass, but it works for me.

Hi Dear, i think you try this first, change your system Ip not your network ip. i am also doing like this.

IP address alone will not connect accounts. Etsy uses digital fingerprint. I have created accounts on the same IP.

Good stealth practise goes a long way. All of my accounts within the last year survived and doing well.
