Same bank account for stealths?
 

Hi

Did anyone test using same bank account that got suspended link to new stealth accounts? Stealths using real info.

I opened a new account but I didn't realize the word I found on t-spring was a trademark. Etsy deactivated it and I plan to create more stealth using same bank account details.

Hi, I don't think they check if the bank accounts have the same name.

Must important if the account aged, I think.

This was what I thought,

I made first sale when the age of shop was only 3 days old. The sad thing is they deactivate listing for another item from t-spring. i wish I check trademark earlier.

You can check on website found on google, it gives you details like trademark owner and date it was issued. I honestly forget about the website name since I leave POD a year ago

I always check if the quote or brand was trademark registered

Yeah it doesn't worth a try since I use all valid info. Did you ever try to use same bank account details?

You mean the account no? I am not sure how things are running in the US, but you should be able to open a second account if you are using the mobile app of the bank. Hope that this makes sense. In the EU I opened 3 other accounts, same bank, but they all have different numbers.

My etsy account was reinstated, then they reactivate my deactivated listing. But then they deactivate another listing. I think this is only the first sale ban not about listing copyright issues.

Using same bank acc number just means your accounts will be linked, which etsy allows. If you used same acc number as a banned account then this new account will be deactivated immediately.

And if you use the same name, the same photo to confirm the account, but a different bank account (IBAN), the accounts will not link?

And what to do? How to create a store so that there is no trace of the old? Or not to connect with the existing?

You must follow stealth principles - lot of info all around the forum to put together.

What are you trying to sell? Category at least or item type if you want to discuss more

Digital goods. Just one topic, but 5 stores. Etsy rules forbid having multiple stores with the same theme

You will get suspended in less than a week, everything has to be different. Get a new bank account it's quick and easy, there's no limit on how many bank accounts you can have so you shouldn't be using the same bank.

And what to do with my initials and photos? Can they be the same? I plan to open an account in different banks

Do not use the same photos take different photos and use a exit cleaner.

I think the same name is ok because my 1st 2 Etsy shops had my real name on it before I got suspended and went stealth. Now I have 2 Etsy shops 1 with my real name and one with a variation of my name, a year later they're still going strong.

Thanks for the tip. And photos of documents that need to be uploaded to confirm the account? Can they be the same?

Never ever ever.... never.

No reason to, a waste of time and I stick to what has been working for me for a decade.
