How are my competitors with all 5 stars and no negative even with 3k reviews

It's quite surprising for me to see that most of my competitors have 7k in sale count and they have 3k reviews all positives. I don't believe that. I keep a track of their reviews as well and they get negatives but once I check it back the next day that negative is nowhere to be found... How is that even possible or is there a way out??

Any help is appreciated :peace:

When you have competitions with giants you need to look at them and keep record. Cash every opportunity cannot live with your idea :)

Are you sure they are not just telling customers to change negative review to positive review and offer them something in return.

Probably using a crooked service to have them removed. Money still talks. Egay also admits if you are a high level powerseller they may remove negative feedback. Regardless if you focus on your own sales and methods you will have the best results.

Sure, keeping the pace with your competitor is a good thing as long as you aren't obsessed about them and you put all the energy to bettering yourself.

But never say "impossible".
