reserve on money

Hi!

Got reserve on account, first question - shipped out items with LTU post, tracked, etsy says that as soon they will see that parcel on transit money will be realesed, today is 15th, got on transit 12th, how long takes to money will be available ? sexond question - how to avoid that reserve,is it possible?

ill try, dont know or its coincidence or what, but if few parcels i was unable to ship on time, straight away i got reserve, need to check this

wait til tracking shows it has arrived in buyer country ,then contact ETsy(dont forget it has to go thru customs) which country is your buyer?
as to reserve,you have to build up your selling history
