Here is an email I sent to Etsy many times. After that, my shop was reinstated.
not sure it works for you or not, but here is the copy of the appeal letter

Hi!

I just got on Etsy, got some handicrafts to list about to establish up a business but got suspended unfortunately. The thing to notice over here would be that seemingly I certainly did not violate any of Etsy's policies. Please guide me through if there is anything that I need to address and kindly reinstate my account as I would like to continue here on Etsy

Wow, their integrity department is easily pleased, clearly didn't poach any staff from Amazon.

For reinstating my account, they took 15-20days,
without any reason, an appeal reply; the Etsy team said they were sorry for the inconvenience.
This is not cool :(

integrity@etsy.com isn't working now, They sent auto reply to this

I created an Etsy account in 2021 then I listed a few SVG designs. a few months later I removed those.
This month I started Etsy again with the same account but this Canva templates, I created my own templates and listed those in Etsy after 3 weeks later they suspended my account, after i contacted them Etsy they closed my account. i have sent an appeal to them but they were sending same msg every time.

This is Mei from Etsy's Trust & Safety team. We’re writing to inform you that after careful review, your Etsy account has been permanently suspended for violating Etsy’s Terms of Use.

Here’s what permanent account suspension means:
You are no longer able to sell or buy on Etsy in any account.
This suspension applies to this account and any other account you are involved in operating. Any accounts you create or use will be terminated.

We’re unable to continue discussing your account status unless you respond to this email appealing this decision. If you’ve already filed an appeal and have received notification that your account will remain permanently suspended, then we’re unable to provide further information on this matter.

We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Do i have to send appeal until they give my account ?

I appealed twice and never got that message, seems like you got the hard banhammer...start fresh man.

If this is just the initial suspension that takes place a few days after signing up as a seller, it really doesn't take that much at all. Usually I just say that I am new on Etsy and I'm unsure as to why I have been suspended and they send the apology email and reinstate the account.

If etsy cant validate your info then you are just wasting your time.

Send them a simple message, then they will either reinstate or not.

Nothing you send them will have any impact on the actual decision. Its a mix of luck + your account history/items
