anyone use promo gigs from fiverr for Etsy?

Hello. there are a lot of promo offers for your listings on fiverr. Most of them are crap, that will just send bots to your listing, will only make bad for your listing.
But there is an offer guaranteed 1st page rank or money back. Someone used? How do they do it?

Don't know how they do it, but it works.
I tried both of them. Both work fine, rank listings to 1st page. I like more pay $40, not $70
