When opening a new Etsy account, I was asked to add bank details.

one of the questions is: owner of the account name

Can they see the owner's name of the account?

etsy is a stealth account?

can i use stealth account name when asked for account bank account owner?

They can't see the bank true name by default so most banks will accept deposits under stealth name

Use the name that's on your etsy account.
They won't be able to see the name on the bank unless they withdraw money FROM the bank

Not in the UK. When you make a payment into a UK account the details (ie Name) will be shown to the payer. - When entering bank account details you must use the name on the account - as far as I know this is UK only
