Etsy removing or reversing a payment

I wondered due to a dispute on etsy what ever the outcome does or can they just claw back a sale payment sent to my bank that was etsy ireland via a SEPA payment ?

They have charged me, had a dispute and they refunded, took right out of my account, I did a chargeback with Revolut

Did Revolut refund a valid request for monies?

Did Etsy allow you to continue selling?

Hard to believe anyone would risk their account over a (valid) refund.

so your payments from sales is Revolut and Etsy took funds from your account without your authorization and you initiated a refund to get the money back in your Revolut account, is that how it is?
Really they can just take any sum of money from an account?

He authorised them. We all do when we sign up be it Etsy, Amazon or eBay. Surprised folk don't realise this.

Ah...ok shock, horror... I have a separate bank for paying etsy fees and the other bank for sales payments. Etsy can also take for the account for paying fees?

for a brief while they did, also said that the refund was done in etsy but I had the money back still.

No, I used revolut for paying fees etc, I received payments on Payoneer. But I had some money on revolut.

Its different thing. They simply charged your CC.

They can't charge payoneer, etc. banks for chargebacks.

i don't remember the reason why, but I registered one bank for paying etsy fees and another for etsy sales payments in and both accounts in EU.

I had a read of Etsy T&C but cant find where its stated Etsy has my permission to take funds from my account and I presume its only from the account they pay me or can they take from the account used to pay fees?

Ah now im wondering if they asked me as I dont remember to provide my debit card number and or my IBAN for incoming sales payments

Both on the same account would give them permission for either
