I wondered due to a dispute on etsy what ever the outcome does or can they just claw back a sale payment sent to my bank that was etsy ireland via a SEPA payment ?

They have charged me, had a dispute and they refunded, took right out of my account, I did a chargeback with Revolut
so your payments from sales is Revolut and Etsy took funds from your account without your authorization and you initiated a refund to get the money back in your Revolut account, is that how it is?

He authorised them. We all do when we sign up be it Etsy, Amazon or eBay. Surprised folk don't realise this.

No, I used revolut for paying fees etc, I received payments on Payoneer. But I had some money on revolut.

i don't remember the reason why, but I registered one bank for paying etsy fees and another for etsy sales payments in and both accounts in EU.
I had a read of Etsy T&C but cant find where its stated Etsy has my permission to take funds from my account and I presume its only from the account they pay me or can they take from the account used to pay fees?
