Using the seller app will it suspend me?
 

I want to use the seller app (iPhone) on a new Etsy account but have been banned before. I am just wondering if my credentials (as in my email with apple) will affect anything?

After everything, I've seen.... I'd treat etsy like amazon.

New computer or format the old computer.

Will eBay suspend my eBay account if someone log in to your account from abroad and I amlog in from UK at the same time?

If you use the browser for et sy, no need for new phone (just delete cookies). If you use the app, you need a new phone, because who knows what et sy app reports back to home with..

I'm using the regular etsy buyer app and no issues, is it safe to use the seller app? I am on the same apple id but a different phone.

Forget these platform apps - more so if you run multiple accounts

Mosts of apps without entitlements will collect such a data as:

-IMEI (Its something like hardware ID)
-Google Play Account Information
-Browsing Cookies (to target ADs mostly)

And there are few other things but thats the most important , soo basiclly i guess its traceable , once i open my new eBay acc will get 100USD phone and use only Mobile Data on it with new google account to stay clear.

And i'd really recommend new out of a box phone.

so if I factory reset my phone, and install a clean browser that I never used, and login through a browser (not the app) will it be ok?

Instead of using your phone why not just use a cheap laptop?
I just don't trust anything when it comes to using a phone

I'm in agreement with Saijin about computer use - however, factory reset is likely to erase all old info

Because with the phone it's more portable/convenient for answering customers when I'm away from home. A laptop is too clunky to lug around unfortunately
