Etsy Stealth Account Basics - How Am I Doing?
 

Ok guys, I am almost set to take my aged Etsy account to a new IP and start selling. Here is what I have, by my research this will yield success;

1. New Address
2. New Identification (SSN)
3. New Bank Account (name mis-matched, BoA)
4. New IP (Static Residential IP, Geolocated near the address)
5. New Phone Number (Tello, new SIM on my own phone)
6. New Email address (Gmail)
7. VCC (from the forums)

I do have one question for anyone here... for Etsy (as well as Amazon or PayPal), is it OK to use a non-AVS VCC? Or is it better to use an AVS VCC with the billing address matching the account? Does it make a difference?

Almost ready to pull the trigger, but I dont know which VCC to buy, if I even need one.

use a VCC good enough for Amazon.

ANd also use a new device or a totally formatted device.

That'll eliminate the what ifs

Reputable sellers here would have the good VCC for you. Good luck OP :thumb:

Thanks! Im looking at the different VCCs offered here.. Im just gonna pick one up that's good enough for PayPal, that should be good right?

Also, I feel that since the AVS card not needed for PP or Amazon, Etsy should be a cake walk, but these accounts (EB, PP, etc) you guys are successfully verifying require just a plain old VCC, right??

Thanks so much for the help guys, I will post my results with different angles people are curious about on this subforum.

I plan to blow the doors open on Etsy stealth for everyone on these forums, because its so simple to beat the algorithm but there are little nuances that are fun to know.

Should be good - you can ask the VCC seller as well to make sure

I'd still use an AVS whether it's needed or not.

It's better to be overprepared

I'd pick one that's good for AMAZON.
Amazon is a &^%* tough one so a VCC that works for amazon should work for everything else IMHO
