Depends on how unique the item is but I cannot see them linking you from a few overlaps

Can you even list the same SKU on different accounts? I know on Amazon if you tried it would immediately link to another accounts stock.

SKU's are stock identifiers unique to each sellers stock, they are not a universal number like EAN's or UPC's.

Would I even try and list via SKU (on Amazon in my case, don't do Etsy) on a second/stealth account...not a chance, if per chance it went through there is a watertight link to another account.

i think they migh link if sku and title and desc are very similar in conjuction with other factors probably .. not just by sku ...

See my post above, SKU's are account specific, you cannot list SKU's from one account on another. It simply can't be done.
