| rapidrapid | 10-14-2022 03:30 AM | Account recovery Hello, I am writing to you after two weeks of trying to recover my Etsy account.
After logging into the store by my accountants, the account was closed (for my security). Dozens of emails from my side followed, unfortunately to no avail. I got several questions to answer but nothing.
After I answer the questions, I don't get any response. This operation happens 4-5 times already. When I try to log in, I get a message: You maybe unable to access your account.
I once got an email that said "before we can give you access to all of Etsy's features, please confirm your Etsy account by clicking the button below.", after I clicked - no effect.
I would really like to recover my account and I sincerely hope you can help me with some information.

Only way is to keep messaging etsy and try to explain to them |

By email I get like automatic bot responses. The phone option contact isn't available in my country and I am looking for ideas,

You can try google and find out what their corporate contact email / info is and in the mean time try making or buying extra accounts so you don't get stuck? |

Received a message from Etsy that my account is suspended--> appealed that and their reason for suspension was "suspicious log-in" (should I tell that there has not been logging from different device with different IP nor logging in from device with existing Etsy account there) I have used the same device since signing up. They wanted some information and I may say I was in luck because after 5 days the account has been restored.
However, ever since the restoration I have been getting orders but the money I receive are staying as "Current balance" and nothing is moving to my "Available for deposit" section. I am pretty sure that they have to enable something in they are system, so the money are automatically moved for availability. Trying to contact them for 5th time maybe, and the same consultant is replying me the same things all over again.
Do you have any idea what or who should I contact? |

I just followed it, filled out the form with the name of the account holder, the name of the shop, the e-mail address associated with the account.

| gushi | 12-16-2022 07:02 PM | Re: Account recovery Their reason for suspension was "unrecognized log-in", as they explained. Something totally impossible, as I log-in from the same device, same IP, same account since 3-4 years... After all they did stated that the suspension was a mistake.
The questions they asked were the e-mail address connected to the account, the name of the shop, which internet browser is mostly used for logging-in, is a PC/laptop or mobile device mostly used, name and address given when purchasing on etsy. Quote:

| Luckily I downloaded all of my info from my Etsy shop...Im not sure who the hell can remember the month and day when they opened their account..it was years ago! =-S
