Enrolling to et$y payments

Hello,
Et$y payments isn't supported in my country so, is it possible to enroll into et$y payments by opening a company in US and then registering on et$y as a business.
Please let me know if it is possible

You should be searching about opening a company in the US and getting a TIN - IRS website should be helpful
