eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Got final warning from Etsy, any advice?

Just receive my final warning due to several IP infringements. After the final warning email I put the store on vacation mode. Might eventually close it.
My question is that :
1) Will this warning affect my other store? Is my second store safe? Had my second store up and running for 5 month now, selling different niche and no ip issue stuffs.
2) Can I also go ahead and open a third store selling a completely new niche and legit stuffs?
3) Do they have a limit of how many stores one can have?

Any advice is appreciated. TIA

Yes, same Id same everything, just different items i sell. Second one is clean, no warning no issue so far

I would slowly change any info that might link the accounts, I have been permanently suspended, but my wife's account is fine and she has the same address and IP.

I am switching the address, etc and adding a fresh bank account, should be good to go.

Your second store is safe because your first one is paused. Even better is to close it. Et sy doesnt add infringement notices together across linked stores since they haven't linked them yet. It is not until after the ban that they search and destroy all linked stores.

i don't think etsy does this necessarily - anyone have any proof?
