Friends Etys account suspended immediately after trying to save description

Friends Etys account suspended immediately after trying to save item description. She tells me she registered on etsy, then it asked for product information why your not making it yourself etc if you not manufacturing the product.

She chose she was not going to personalise the item.

I've never used etsy so no idea with what caused the suspension
