Just got suspended, what now
 

Hello Team ,

I’ve had too much effort on my shop and I got suspended for no reason and got regular email and doesn’t even tell me anything.

What now ?

If I will create a new account with VPS under my wife name and her ssn should work ? But can we still use same residential adress ? Any suggestion what else could be done ? Vps ip addresses show location as Atlanta but I live in South Carolina .

you should explore why you were suspended as otherwise the same fate may hit a new account

I was selling Nintendo skin vinyl , all is my product handmade . Only think I can consider is I was getting picture from google but it not related with brand or anything but it doesn’t mean it’s allowed for commercial that’s the only thing I can guess . This time will download my picture from Adobe stocks or will pay it for commercial use . My last listing was related with Van Gogh but I thought Van Gogh images was public domain . I also saw other people were selling Van Gogh items . I had 5 stars and 52 sales so far . Other think is i put as username my wife name also my bank card a holder name accidentally put Apple instead of my name I thought asking the nickname I realized after I got banned tho .

I appreciate that for response . So if I buy my images from legit websites and try to do same business you think they would let me sell for new account ?

I doubt nintendo can be legally "handmade" , that would take a licence

There is a lot of people selling and there is some users selling 10000 of em 50k sales .

Hello Guys , my last question is . Can I still use my residential adress ? Created account under my wife ssn , different account , different ip .How to handle my home addres . I believe Etsy not accepting P.O. Box

I could imagine they tolerate large sellers who make them money and hunt down small fish to show they do something against copyright issues

I would be careful using your wife's info. she may file divorce.

I plan on only getting married one day. hopefully to a stripper type girl because I can treat her right and love her. anyways good luck
