What about the credit card?
Credit card name or billing address does not need to match. Bank name doesnt necessarily need to match, if it did I would get an instant ban I am sure, but if possible it may be preferable.

Questions:
1. Do I need to use a Residential Proxy IP address?
2. The bank account has the same home address as my old banned account. Will it flag my account?
3. if i strip the exif data from old images will my account get flagged with Etsy?
Bank account name must agree with the name you used to open the Etsy account,addresses do not have to be the same,some folks do not receive their bank statements at home.
There is someone here who keeps saying Etsy cannot check the name,but it can,else it wont set up this rule.
As for credit card,it can do AVS,which check the numbers on your credit card like street number,zip code.
