Etsy Final Warning

Hello there! I was searching for answers about how Etsy's final warning works and I saw that people posted about creating new shops to reset the strike count. Does this strategy really work? If I create a new account my copyright strikes will reset? My shop received a final warning and it's my main source of income. I'm kinda worried. thanks a lot!

Is it a copyright issue or are you wrongly describing your product using a brand name.

If you choose to create new shops, you would have to ensure that they are not linked

It was a copyright issue. I created a new shop with the same name but a different bank account. I'm wondering if this new shop will be under the final warning from the beginning or if I'll be able to get some strikes before receiving another final warning or being banned. I'll try my best to avoid new copyright strikes but you never know. Being constantly afraid of being banned because of a single strike would be stressful as heck. What gives me a little hope is that the shop which received the final warning can't become a star seller, while the new shop can. I'm not sure though.

8 over 6 months

Do you think it's due to get banned at any time? It's been on vacation mode from the time I received the warning.

Anime shirts and posters. All the strikes happened with a single listing being deactivated.

Eight emails over 6 months. Each email disabling a single listing. And then finally the final warning.

i have almost the same case as you, but i was really stupid, i didn't see the email i received
when my listing disappeared i thought it's internet problem or a weird thing on my browser, i keeped relist the item and got suspended

However i keep to see people with no problems at all selling NO HANDMADE products with thousands of sell and clearly images telling that item is not handmade

Some ppl likely have tested and found loopholes...or are lucky for now
