Etsy stealth account and VAT EU - request for advice
 

Hello everyone!
I live in EU. I am asking for advice from the more experienced
I will soon reach the tax threshold on one of my stealth accounts (etsy hasn't sent a notification yet). My identity is permanently banned, but i never put my vat eu on etsy (I do not have a registered company).
There is no possibility to get vat eu for the owner of this account.

My speculations are as follows: if I open a company on myself and get vat eu and I will give my vat ue when etsy sends threshold notification on an account I don't own, will etsy detect it anyway?
If it works will etsy send a year end report based on eu vat?

However, if the above option does not have the right to exist in your opinion once I get a threshold message from etsy and suspend a shop temporarily, will my other shops for that owner also be suspended?

any advice is welcome!
