Account reserves and tracking
 

Does anyone have an advice about how to deal with account reserves?
Should I always give real tracking numbers I ship with?
There is a mismatch of the country I claim and actually ship from.

would Ebay able to pick up tracking status?

If it is In the list of carriers available when insert the tracking of course

I ship via state post from Ukraine, but on the listing I claim that I ship from US.
My ukrainian carrier is not in the list of carriers (like USPS, UPS, etc.)
It would be in the list if my account was from Ukraine, but it is not so.
I need to release the reserve for my orders.
Should I give real tracking then as an only solution?
Maybe there are some risks in future or better just to wait and get my funds after 45 days?

if you say you ship from USA and then give a Ukraine tracking number,Ebay would not find it on USPS,FED EXP or UPS or DHL site.
WHy cant you say ship from Ukraine.
Unless you know someone in USA who will hold your and ship your merchandise

I still consider your are talking about Etsy.
Bacause the product I sell was used in Ukraine by bad actors(they did not ship the products).
Now it is "shadow banned" and Etsy more looks into it when it is sold from Ukraine.
To minimize that risk I claim I ship not from Ukraine.

I hate it when idiots say they ship from one place, then make the buyer wait by shipping from another country. Instant negative feedback from me for lying. Plus, Ukraine is a major ****hole, a big risk for egay and scamming

Suck it up and live with the rolling reserve the alternatives could cost you your account.

That said, it's a low grade business model and will surely come to Etsy's attention sooner or later and the account will be closed down anyway.

Would be easy just to give the tracking, but no way to get around this for me with the product I am selling due to issues mentioned before.
Shipping is several weeks in the listing, that's the only way I can inform the customer.

Previously, not giving the tracking number was ok for Etsy.
