Competitors selling same (Non Vero) items as you?

1. How can you stop competitors filing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ reports on etsy to get your listing taken down?

2. What can you do to stop this?

If non vero items are listed by multiple sellers, means nobody owns any rights

I guess if they're identical they probably shouldn't be on Etsy by either of you.

It's not going to stop, fight fire with fire or find something etsy-approved to sell.
