Etsy Suspend You’ve reached the max number of attempts for bank verification
 

Hello, my etsy store was suspended because I threw a receipt instead of the documents requested for my bank information, the information message is as follows.

I sent a support request to Etsy for 5 days with my bank documents. There was no response, I create new requests and all of them are closed as this request is completed.

Please help me.

The bank account holder name must agree with the name you used to open the Etsy account,your shop name can be different.
It looks like Etsy cannot verify your bank account .

Yeah, that seems to be the problem. I created a support request and wrote all my bank details and uploaded the receipts as pdf. I wonder if they can connect them? By the way, my name has the letter "ü" in it. Could I be getting an error because I wrote it as "U" instead of "Ü"?

Also, I have found there are hardly any humans anymore, most is controlled by bots.

This applies to requests after the first request. In other words, the first request I opened has not been closed yet, but all subsequent requests are closed

Seems doubtable this simple error was the cause

What bank were you using? Many accept mismatched names.
