I believe that the Sutton Bank has been blacklisted by Etsy recently. I have made a couple accounts using Sutton Bank and they suspended my account within 2 days since opening. Try using brick and mortar banks like BOA or Citibank, it works.

Ive had success with using a mismatched name CC but it was real, dont think it will give you trouble, it isnt charged until you dont pay a balance, or you get a refund.

If the card cant cover the refund amount its an instant and common suspension, but I didnt have a problem reinstating the account anyway (Legit Tax ID Info)
