Hello, I opened a new shop with all new info, and I got banned in 2 days, the only problem I can think it’s I keep receiving email everytime I access my account saying if it was me, how is that possible?and is the account recoverable?

Are you using a proxy to access? When you receive the email asking if it was you it shown the correct location where is registered?
depends the reason but once is suspended usually there are low chances to pass the appeal

I was thinking the same thing, but I can’t explain how the phone is one that never accessed the site before …

a similar situation apart from the last one you wrote about, maybe it's algorithm error and the stores will be restored

All I can think of is that you have the Etsy account in another country to the one you are in and the IP address you are accessing the account is showing out of country, by confirming it was you to Etsy probably prompted the suspension which will be permanent.
