The DAC7 is truth.
was also voted by the Greek Parliament in September 2023.

I closed 3 stores on Ebay to avoid send data to Greece Tax authorities.
The penalty from Greece Tax authorities is many thousand Euro.

Ebay until 7 days when closed stores not ask for VAT ID.

If they are solution with new ⊗⊗⊗⊗ / Stealth account inform.

Hi, I am also from Greece and I have the same problem.
From the goverment law 5047, I saw that the ebay will report your contact and bank details no matters if you closed your stores. I dont know if the Greek tax authorities will use the information...
