Has anyone tried DAC7 and received a message asking to add a tax number? for example ID number etc

anyone found a way to get around this?

did you receive the message only when the income was 2000 Euro? (this happened to me) or immediately after 30 transactions?

The question is addressed mainly to Europe, but I encourage discussion

I understand, but on one of my accounts I already have over 300 sales and they didn't ask for it, and on another they asked for just 2000 EURO, I wonder what it looks like from their side

I don't think its fully rolled out for all accounts yet. Newer accounts should auto be enrolled. That's how I read it but open to correction if I am wrong there

I have 5 shops, only one of which requires an ID number, the one I opened in early 2023.I think everybody will be asked, it's first come, first served.I will close my shops in December 2023 because I cannot meet the conditions of a taxable person.

Tax number what do you mean? Like vat number?
The solutions could be create UK accounts and create an ltd for each accounts and the revenue refers to you even if its stealth

I'm thinking of trying to open an account with my real data, i.e. name and last name and date of birth (I was banned earlier), but all the details will be different, along with the Creative ID, do you think that Etsy will accept matching name and surname with date of birth? In fact, he was a completely different person then, but what does Etsy say about that?

Is not about accepting it but then it'll ask for ID an the AI bot will scan it so should match the informations you provided
you can make some changes in the streets and the bot will accept it anyways, its not that strict

ID is not a problem, I can do it, but I don't know if Etsy will accept a seller with the same name and last name and date of birth as before, he was permanently suspended

I'll try it today, have you ever tried such similar data? I once opened stealth with the same last name as before and it was banned - it was suspended after 24 hours and then restored after another 24 hours, but maybe it was a different problem than last name
