Yes, I have and it's a proper stealth account verified with creative ID.

I'm quite amazed that some folk prefer to take the identity theft shortcut to make these accounts when in reality it really isn't that difficult.......

It's interesting because there's a lot of threads of people claiming stealth is impossible with Etsy

Much like ebay, it may well have been the case in the last year or two but it definitely isn't the case now.

in my case, the most recent problem is the new DAC7 law in the EU, it is related to the annual sales report based on the ID number, etsy sellers from the EU to provide this number depending on the EU country

If so, can you suggest a bank that does not require a registered address? apart from revolut or wise (known for freezing funds)

There isn't one that I'm aware of. All banks will require a registered address. If you are referring to a registered address outside of the UK then you'll need to do a bit of research to find one.
