2FA authentication for multiple Etsy

Hi

I’m trying to not use mobile numbers to rule out another cause of bans. I’m guessing maybe sometimes my number quality isn’t the best

It asks for 2FA at creation then I usually turn it off right after

Can Etsy detect if I use the same authentication app on the same phone across multiple accounts ?

The authentication app doesn't matter.

Voip vs real phone does matter.

this is also what i thought.

im going to test my findings but i know authentication app doesnt share between other apps. its literally just a set of numbers , doesnt relay any information about the phone or anything to the merchant website

Likely not. Most, if not all work offline, no internet or SIM card connection required.
