Payoneer with UK Et$y stealth?
 

I'm trying to create a stealth account in the UK, I can't open a bank account in the main UK bank (address verification), can I open a payoneer account with the same data as stealth et$y, then after payoneer verification get the UK IBAN (assigned to Bank X) and add it to et$y stealth, and enter this bank X in the bank name? Anyone tried?

If this works, will I need a UK residental IP address to use et$y? Will it be ok to use my hotspot in Europe?
