period for second chance ?

I opened a new Etsy account after 1 year and 2 months of being suspended/banned.

I used the same data except for the different IBAN number.

What is the chance that I will be banned again?

Is there a period of time (months / year) after which they give a second chance ?

If you will get suspended I think it will be after the shop is created or at first sale

I think etsy suspends accounts after the first sale, it seems that is the time they look more closely at the account, which is the general consensus with the etsy sellers on here.
