EU & USA separate user profile Mac

Is using separate user profiles on a Mac still safe to use on multiple seller Etsys ?

Or do they track web GL hash and canvas fingerprints?

I have been having mixed results with anti detect browsers.

My separate user accounts have been getting banned lately.

What multiple account management methods are people using with recently opened accounts in USA & EU whose accounts are staying open?
