opening an account in the name of the same person as previously suspended
 

Hi
Has anyone in Europe managed to open an account with the same owner details (name, last name, DOB)? All other data must be different, such as bank, card, fingerprint, ip. Etsy does not require a fiscal code like SSN EIN etc. from some countries in the EU. Has anyone managed to come back with their real last name and DOB again?

the name of the account does not have to match with bank acc, I have already written this to you several times

Do you really think that someone is stupid enough to think that "the name of the store has any meaning"?
Every country in the EU where Etsy payments are verified by deposit - does not require that the bank account owner's details are the same as the etsy account registration details - just because Etsy says so, does not mean it is so.
And I only brought this to your attention because I see that you are repeating this stupidity once in a while when the post clearly concerns Europe or the UK.
If your bank accepts a name mismatch, you can use it - remember.

You don't have to like each other but I expect everyone to be civil to each other.

This is not recent rather earlier this year I remember someone did that, but he also used a completely new computer and started to sell completely different items.

It worked for him I just don't know how long because usually when things are working well, they don't say anything.

It might be possible on ebay, but on Etsy i don't think

some folks will add a middle name or make it instead of John Edward Smith,make it Edward J Smith?
Or Edie not EDward or EDDIE.or Eduardo
It all depends on how the bot compare names.

Does the bank care if you deposit another person" check?
Say that you go on an African Safari and I get hold of a check made out to you and deposit to my bank account,you wont know until you return,then it is too late/
Here in USA,check fraud is rampant these days,Postal carriers are being robbed,check are stolen and washed ,addressee and amount are altered.
Depositing these checks using mobile deposit bypass bank fraud detection.
The keys stolen/robbed from the postman used to open mail boxes are being sold online dark web for over $1K.
This is not check issue,but Fed Exp just delivered a package to my home,I have to show him some ID before he would let me sign and accept the package?
This has never happen before,it is not like I am standing outside the house trying to intercept a package,I am inside the house and have to open the door when he rang the door bell.
Long ago,a post office mail man came to deliver a package while I just shut the door about to leave the house,he said try you key and see if it fits the key hole first before I will give you the package!
Does it happen in EU?

This is a question for someone who reminded me that in EU name of the Etsy account and the bank account do not have to match.

Years ago an Etsy seller bought another seller's Etsy account ,the bank account is still in the original seller's name,and so the sales proceeds end up in her account and she refused to return the money?
Well,any way,rules differ from country to country,more US banks are saying they do not take endorsed deposit checks,and it is coming from an online source,they may not accept it.
