etsy DAC7 in italy
hello, does anyone know a solution for many stealth account with the new DAC7 for italy, can i put the same vat number on all account?or will etsy link them? |

for italy the only way to have many accounts would be to either have them all below the VAT threshold or have them all registered abroad and get a real VAT number for each
the main issue here is obviously for people registered in italy but selling to other countries because the VAT threshold is very low for such sales |

dac7 is asking just for fiscal number " codice fiscale " in Italy is it ,not the VAT partita IVA |

VAT is the real pain in the ass though because after brexit the EU have tightened the screws , after about EUR 8000 annual turnover on intra-EU sales the seller is automatically restricted unless they provide valid VAT number registered in their name |

| they are real existing one, they are all little in the range of 6k-7k each, it would be perfect if i could put them all under my vat number, but im scared it will ink all of them for etsy, any idea? |

| yes but the problem in italy is you have to open a vat number if you don't sell "occasionally" they are all little account although but they all exceed 30 sales annually or 2k euro :( |

| I was wondering what will happen with DAC7.
Tax authority will get informed by Etsy that those "real persons" need to pay taxes but they never got money from selling stuff... is actually you that got the money and need to pay taxes, right?
This might be applicable to similar situations in all countryes I guees.
If someone could enlight me on this matter, I am interested. |
