My Etsy Funds Frozen : Mysterious
 

My Shop has just been suspended with a substantial amount of money in it, I wasn't told the exact reason, but I know it was for IP infringement.

Weird that you can’t even log in though ?

Now, after a month my credit card is expired and receive this email from E.sy: "Make sure you can get paid" : "It looks like there’s a problem with the default billing card you saved in your E.sy Payment .... Keep in mind, you won’t be able to receive funds from your sales until you have a valid billing card on file."



And the mail included "Add Billing Card" Link to update it, but I can't even sign in and I'm getting this message: "Your account is permanently suspended", Although my identity and bank is full verified, my appeal is denied and didn't get any answer after my emails to E.sy Support regarding this issue.

Etsy will release the money after x number of days,if there is no dispute or chargeback from your customers.
What did you sell?

Will transfer the funds to you after 180 days, unless you have received a lawsuit for intellectual property infringement - then you will not recover the funds.

Since your account has been suspended ,Etsy does not want you to log in and transfer the fund to your bank account or make any changes to your account

Thanks for the answer, I only received a suspension
It was strange that they claimed that I won't be able to receive funds from my sales.

etsy no have a phone number for sellers and this a shame , the only way I know is to chat sometime when i login in the section change bank otherwise must send an email and the account has to be active , their support service is the most unhelpful i found in all the ecommerce sites

if they have phone service,it would be someone from Philipines,Mexico,Honduras .
We get what we pay for,Etsy fees are lower than Ebay and AMZN,we just have to live with it.
It is not just Etsy,it is Ebay,AT &T,Comcast,the one which have competent American speakers are AAPL and AMEX,go figure,their products cost more,they can afford to hire US workers

Most sellers know the reason why they are suspended.
If it were IP infringement ,your money is gone.
Just like Paypal AUP,they keep the money .
