Should I use VPN?
 

I tried to open Etsy in my country 4 times and it did not work, now I'm thinking about buying an Etsy verified shop somewhere in Europe or US, while using VPN.

The issue is, I heard many people say that using VPN on Etsy will lead to suspension.

Is this true? Any experience on this subject?

Feels like VPN would be frowned upon - unless you have a high quality, low-chance-of-abuse one

Have you tried using your mobile phone as tether, this is much better than VPN and Etsy will accept an IP address from a mobile phone provider much more easily than an IP address from a data center which a VPN will give.

Try tethering to your mobile phone OR see if IPburger has a residential IP for your country.

do not use a VPN to open an account

VPN is the most saturated/bad thing you can use for your IP honestly

never use shared ip and data service many are blacklisted, some company sell fk ips that are masked when you use they are detected on etsy and the account get banned

You don't need residential proxy, just use a mobile router or tether with your phone
