10 Month old account suspended- After adding bank
 

Hello,

I had an Etsy account which was created May 2023. I was selling digital products. I got first sale and Account got suspended after 3 days.

However, after getting first sale I was asked to verify the Bank account and after verifying the Bank account. Etsy suspended the account in 6 hours.

Bank account was Business Revolut.

Please advise

Well, digital products is risky for new aacount.

Nobody here knows anything, if they do, they don't tell you.You have to do your own experiments and try to solve the problem.

So while it may have been made back in May the account only starts it aging process as a sellers account after its first sale

Your item was just a digital item? Thats not a good first item to be listing

Was the account a mismatching name account?

I think Etsy doesn't like online banks "Wise, Revolut, etc" due to the ramping of frauds lately.

Risky to sell digital item right away - was it game code kind or software keys...?

That's true as well as digital items being risky
