Virtual banks in the UK for Etsy
 

My friend over in the UK set up an Etsy account for me using his details and connected his own physical Barclays bank. Now, I'm hoping he can switch it to a virtual bank so I can manage it. Any ideas on which virtual banks in the UK I can link up with Etsy without any problem?

Payoneer GBP has been blacklisted 3 years ago, once you add it you get auto suspended in few days.

Pingpong - I think same story.

Wise - can decline mismatched named deposits, not good long term.

Revolut business - unlimited GBP banks, can work long term and seems to work well with etsy.

Using high street banks like barclays is the best option for long term etsy uk accounts, all others are more risky

Hugh Street banks always the best

If you use a virtual make sure the names march. Banks like Anna, Monzo and revolt work

As much as I know Monzo is only for UK residents, so I think it would not fit the OP in this situation

It fits, he is a UK resident and he has Monzo,
You are correct, i can't create Monzo account but i think i can use his account, but i am not really sure if i can open this mobile app from my location because it needs complicated verifications

So, you don't advise linking his wise account (same name)?

Same name can work but wise is pretty temperamental and can shut down accounts without any reason sometimes
